WASHINGTON WIZARDS WIFE, IONE JAMISON, TO LAUNCH WASHINGTON SPORTS
CLUBS NEW PILATES TOGETHER CLASS IN DC AREA
Special Workout Offers New Moms Bonding Time With Their Babies While
Burning Calories
Ione Jamison, Rucker King Jamison, and a trainer from Washington
Sports Clubs will demonstrate the new Pilates Together workout class
being offered at area Washington Sports Clubs gyms. Pilates Together
provides an opportunity for women to reclaim their pre-pregnancy
energy and shape through postnatal Pilates. It brings mind and body
together in a holistic, core-strengthening workout while providing
valuable bonding time with baby. Infants provide added resistance
throughout this 50-minute specially designed class. This class is
recommended for babies four to ten months, and moms of any age.
The class is being offered as a reminder for parents to develop
healthy habits in children early on in life.
WHERE: Washington Sports Clubs' South Bethesda - 6828 Wisconsin
Avenue - Bethesda, MD 20815
WHEN: Thursday, November 5 at 9:00 a.m.
This class is open to the general public (Club membership is NOT
required.) Anyone who attends the class on November 5 will receive
a free month long membership to any Washington Sports Club in the
area.
A donation will be made in honor of Ione Jamison to the DC Campaign
to Prevent Teen Pregnancy charity by Washington Sports Clubs at
a later date. Visit www.dccampaign.org for more information on the
DC Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
