GENERAL ADMISSION & PIT LINE PROCEDURES
The Bruce Springsteen General Admission (GA) floor is divided into 2 areas, the front pit area and the remainder of the GA floor. There is a lottery procedure to determine access to the front pit area. If you have a GA ticket, it is not necessary to participate in the lottery. Your GA ticket guarantees you a spot in the remaining floor area. All GA ticket holders must enter at the 6th Street NW Entrance of Verizon Center.
Sequentially numbered wristbands will be distributed to general admission (GA) ticket holders on the day of the show, between 2:00pm and 5:00pm, on the 6th Street side of Verizon Center. For those ticket holders that arrive after 5:00pm, non-sequential GA wristbands will be distributed. A starting number will be randomly chosen by a fan at 5:15pm. This number will be announced and displayed at the 6th Street entrance. The fan holding the wristband that matches the starting number drawn will be the first in line (i.e., if numbers 1-100 were issued and number 10 was drawn, the line would start with 10, then 11, 12, 13 through 100, followed by 1 -9).
The purpose of the random number wristband distribution is to insure that all fans have the same chance of being first in line, eliminating the need to arrive early.
At 5:30pm two lines will be formed: one for the front GA pit and one for the remaining GA floor area. Patrons will be let in the building starting at 5:50 p.m., ten minutes prior to the general public at 6:00 p.m.
Doors for the general public will open at 6:00pm.
